Sweet and sour chicken recipe

300 grams of chicken breast

2 red peppers and green pepper

1 onion

5-6 sprigs of spring onions

4 slices of canned pineapple

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Half a glass of flour

Half a glass of starch

1 packet of baking powder

Salt, pepper

For sweet sour sauce:

3 tablespoons starch

1 tea glass of cold water

1 cup pineapple juice

3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Half a cup of brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

To fry:

Liquid oil

Lightly sauté the finely chopped peppers, onions, green parts of fresh onions and bite of chopped pineapple in olive oil and hot fire. For sweet and sour sauce, melt the starch in cold water and put it in the pot. Add the remaining sauce and cook on medium heat until it becomes thick. If it has a thick consistency, you can thin it with water. Cut the chicken breast with a bite and rub with salt and pepper. Then set aside. In a deep bowl, mix flour, starch, baking powder and half a teaspoon of salt. Add water gradually until it becomes dark. Pour the chicken pieces into this mixture and fry until golden brown in plenty of hot oil. Remove it on paper towel to remove excess oil. Then add to the pepper mixture. Add sweet and sour sauce and serve.
